A financial services professional for 24 years, Ruobing Sun was a bookkeeper and accountant before launching Zhen J Professional Corp, a business she later sold. Although she is no longer the owner of this firm, Ruobing Sun continues to offer assistance to past Zhen J Professional Corp clients as a consultant.
Ms. Sun’s role as an accountant involves preparing financial statements. She offers tax advisory services for corporations and individuals, as well as payroll and bookkeeping services. She also has expertise in launching businesses.
Before her work with Zhen J Professional Corp, Ms. Sun was an accountant with DCB Chartered Accountants in 2007, a role involving preparing financial statements, individual and corporate tax returns, and mentoring CPA students. In 2005, APP LLP hired her as an accountant to perform similar duties. In 2001, she worked for Jiwan & Company as a bookkeeper, preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and overseeing payroll services.
Ms. Sun has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Petroleum and an MBA from the University of Houston. She also holds a certification in accounting from the CGA Association.
Outside of her role at work, she is a board member of the Canadian Chinese School of Theology in Calgary. Her personal interests are camping and reading Christian-related books. She is currently a resident of Sugar Land, Texas.
